A great place to live!!!

I moved in about 6 months ago and just renewed my lease because of the awesome way they treat me.

When I first moved in I rented a washer and dryer from a company and when the company came out to hook up the washer, they did it wrong which very slowly leaked and when I came home my carpet was soaked everywhere!! I called the Ramsgate office, and they sent someone out to clean my carpets right away.

Then they just billed my washer and dryer company for the carpet clean.

I actually love it here!
