I lived at Ramsgate while attending UNT. It was good enough that I stayed for 2 years. The only reason I moved is that I wanted a place w/more ammenities (BIG mistake moving to woodhill...that place was a hell hole). Anyways, the apartments are a decent price and a pretty spacious. It's surprisingly quiet for a college community. I never had any major noise problems and the neighbors were pretty nice. There is always ample parking for residents, just make sure your visitors have a guest permit as they do tow like most places close to UNT. Sometimes your guuest might have to park on the outside streets though when it's the weekend. I can't believe I lived there 2 years and NOTHING ever required a maintenance request! That alone shows the construction is great. I do have a minor complaint about the office staff though. When I first moved in, there was a very sweet girl and a nice guy that worked in the office. About a month before I left, this terrible woman was hired. She looks disgusting and acts like she's on drugs. She's rude too. Just picking up a package was a major issue. That was over a year ago so I'm not sure she's still there but that was the only thing that could be improved.
