This being my first apartment I took advice from a friend that said it was nice.

I also asked a resident he said they were nice apartments.

Soon after I take my mom and friend to go look at the property and the apartment they showed me was really nice and clean it wasnât a model they couldnât show the model because it was under construction.

Then they told me I couldnât see the apartment I was moving into because the other person had not moved out.

Which by law they have to show the apartment your moving into if you ask.

I was new to this though it was my first apartment.

My move in date was the 30th and they didn't let me move in until the 3rd and I was charged from the 1st.

The apartment I moved into smelled like smoke so bad I started wheezing because I have asthma I couldnât breath at night they said it would be $200 to move to another apartment on the property.

It looked nothing like the apartment I saw before it was run down crappy, carpet was nasty and not well maintained at all.

Then after my year lease was up I was unable to find anything else in Denton I call the office and asked if I could pay month to month they informed me that it would be better if I signed another 6 month lease for almost $50 more a month.

The staff said if I renewed month to month I would have to market rate plus a $30 month to month fee, which would have been $80 dollars more.

So later I reread my lease only to find out that she lied that I could have renewed month to month at the same rate I was paying already.

However, I had already signed the new 6-month lease.

They told me they had a security officer onsite he must be a ghost because I have never seen him or a security car.

I have however seen cars towed in the middle of the night the even towed my car and I live there did I get my money back no! My friend left there car out there for 2 hours the came back it was gone! There were never enough visitorsâ parking spaces until recently.

There is so much more to the nightmare but I'd be here all day typing if I told you everything.

Overall, the staff is terrible and it's gotten worse they were nice when I came in to look.

A few months later they just don't give a damn.

Maintenance never completely fixes the problem everything he fixed kept breaking down again.

Very noisy.

Avoid Ramsgate walking in there is like walking into Hellsgate!

Just to let you know, there is a security guard on the complex. It is an officer from UNT police.
