Staff is rude.
They never want to help with any problems you are having.
For the past 6 months, every resident has carried a balance on their water bills, even though you pay on time every month.
The staff is aware of the situation, but fail to fix it.
I have to call every month to make sure they are aware of the incorrect balance and remind them that I paid in full the previous month.
Also, hot water is not provided consistantly.
The community runs off a boiler system...you do not have an individual hot water heater in your apartment.
If the boiler system goes down, you do not get hot water and are forced to take cold showeres.
The boiler system goes down quite often.
In the winter, it goes out about 4 times a month.
Very Terrible! I rented here so long because the rent is extremely cheap, but you get what you paid for.
I will not be rewnewing because I'm tired of putting up with the difficult staff and not having hot water consistantly.
It is also starting to look really dumpy outside.
It looks as if the outer walls of each building are falling apart.
Some of the siding is starting to buckle.
