Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2006-01-01

Good:
- property is kept clean
- price is reasonable
- laundry facility on site
Bad:
- allocated water (no point in conserving water)
- the computer has billed me for 5 people who do not live in my apartment
- management is not very nice
- apartment is not very well maintained (paint is messy on edges, bar top slopes, paint drips in bathroom due to condensation)
