Disappointed on move in day when I had to vacuum the carpet before I moved my stuff in. The apartment was vacant for 2 months before I moved in, take the time to clean it well! I have had some extreme noise issues with both my upstairs neighbors and next door neighbors. SOME of this was resolved after reporting it to management. There is new management now and they seem to be on top of things so far. The apartment's cabinets are worn out( the drawers are scary), but we have had very minimal bug problems or maintenance issues. I can't get cold water during the summer, but maybe that is a Texas thing(1st year texan). With a little upgrading this could be a very nice apartment. If you are a college student you can't do much better for the price. We are moving to a less "college life" location at the end of our lease.
