I have lived here for a year in an efficiancy and i loved it. Everyone was nice, i never heard my neighbors, it was safe...it was perfect! I had to move out beacause i wanted someplace a little bigger, and a 1bed 1bath was way out of my price range. The floorplan was awesome for an efficiancy, it was cozy and since i'm living by myself it was nice being able to see the front door and living room from my bed. They have a curtisy officer, so i always felt very safe. Maintenance was amazing. Once i came home at 10pm and there was a leak coming from my ceiling in the bathroom, so i left a message with emergancy maintenance and 10 minutes later the manager called me and 15 minutes later a maintenance guy came and fixed it. I never knew of any place that had maintenance come in the middle of the night, and they are all really nice. Ugh i love this apt!!! Only thing i would have to complain about is that they dont enforce parking (at least the whole time ive lived here) so when it was raining and i got home late all the resident parking would be taken by visitors, and there are plenty of visitor parking spaces. I also love how th windows here have 3 layer like things: a screen thing, an exerior window, and a regular indoor window...it made me feel extra safe :)
This is the most amazing place ever and i hate hate hate to leave but i own too much stuff and need a bigger apt that wont cost me too much. I hope yall enjoy this apt complex as much as i did..oh! and its like a 5-10 minute walk to the unt campus!!! :)
i love this place and it has been a home to me...all i know is that anywhere else i live (apt wise) will not be as awesome as ramsgate...i have truely been spoiled here, all the safety stuff and awesomeness does show in the rent you pay...i paid $529 a month, no bills included except for trash pick up and gas, but it was worth it seeing as it was my first apt where i lived by myself...so safe!...well hope i helped you with your search for an awesometastic apt complex :)

Wow, this doesn't sound like an employee of Ramsgate at all! They even posted the model apartment pictures!? LOL

wow....i am not an employee lol. I took pics when i was going through the demo room about a year ago...im actually an employee at UNT. I just really like this apt, and they just lowered the rates so im gonna stay there for another year i think. Just cuz there is a good review for an apt doesnt mean its an employee writing it.
