The apartments are cheap and the residents are horrible. And to make things worse it's right behind the county jail and homeless shelter!
There are always homeless people or junkies roaming the property! They supposedly have a courtesy officer but we never saw him nor did he ever show up when we called after hours for him! Almost every night there are homeless people sleeping under the bridge in the middle of the complex or knocking on peoples door. One even tried breaking into my unit!
