I applied to this property on the 9th of January. The office staff screwed around until just yesterday to inform me that I'm not approved. I'm trying to move this weekend and because of their incompetency I now have no place to live. The manager is stupid and doesn't know anything and the rest of the staff is very rude. Best advice: don't waste your time.

You have some issues if you can't get move in approval, not the manager's fault.
