I just got done leaving my deposit and application fees at Rosemont. They far surpassed other communities around Denton. They are very spacious, nice, clean, and the area seemed a LOT safer than other areas around here. They had a bunch of different specials going on right now, so we are getting the two bedroom two bath that normally leases for $659 for $562 the first month. Then, on the rest of the lease it's only going to be $624. Plus our deposit is only going to be $87.50!!! The mgmt was very nice, helpful, and energetic. I thinkg they've gone through some mgmt changes for the better. The quality of property far surpasses the other tax credit properties around Denton. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Just wait, when your lease is up, they will jack up the price at your renewal and when you move out, you will never see your deposit back. I also heard that maintenance will turn off your a/c during the summer for the overtime! |
