While you are looking around Denton this property will seem nice and professional. Let me assure you it is not. We should have known from the start, when it took the dopey office girls running the place about two months to process our application (they "forgot" different paperwork about four different times). Since moving in, we have had a bug problem that has not adequately been taken care of. Whenever we do contact the office about something wrong happening, it takes weeks, if it happens at all, for anything to happen. Few of our neighbors speak english, and people do NOT take care of the community. There is graffity, if seen boys shooting BB guns, and once I saw a group of boys playing baseball destroy a window and then run before anyone could see them. People do not follow leash and waste removal rules for their dogs.
