In my opinion, this is a gated community that puts security first. I have not known of another apartment complex that is so focused on community activity and involvement. We have been very pleased. We obviously have lucked out and did not deal with the other management company. I have found the office staff to be very pleasant and quite helpful. If I was not pleased I would say, I find no reason for derogatory comments when you have a problem. I have researched other apartments in the area, this is the one that we chose because of the service, atmosphere, and quality. There are not many choices in Denton that are not for college kids, that still fit my needs. It is worth looking into!
