Rosemont is my fourth apartment in the US; every apartment management considered my requests carefully except Rosemont at Pecan Creek. The manager is really diplomatic when disregarding any request and emphasizing on affordable price while making you feel as beggar. Anyway, they gave me a dirty and unpainted (but make up painting) apartment. Although I insisted several times on this issue, the manager did many diplomatic moves and sent her staff, who was supposed to paint the apartment, to control the paint. As it is apparent, the painter of the management said he had painted the apartment although I showed him several dirty and sctracthed places and as a policy they do not paint the ceiling! keep in mind, you may rent an apartment which is not in good condition because of that reason hire an expert and investigate the apartment before you rent otherwise they will not accept any responsibility, they only say their fullness rate. They do not care!
