Every apartment complex has it's positive's and negatives. Overall, my family and I were very happy at Rosemont. The community is so quiet even after 8 p.m. on weedays and weekends which is great. Staff is friendly, only had problem with one girl, but she no longer works there. They have several activities for families and personal growth that are free including after school program, summer programs, bible study, youth basketball and holiday events and gatherings. There was never really any trash around the community. The lawn is mowed weekly and they also have a pesticide company come out twice a month free if you wish. Yes, they do want you to keep the balcony area clean and looking nice, but isn't that better for the community' I highly recommend Rosemont.
