The staff is very caring and welcoming, and will do anything they can to help you with apartment issues. Of course, they have rules to follow which, from my point of view, are set for consideration for everyone who lives here. If you have to get up at 4 o'clock to go to work, you don't want to hear your neighbors outside at midnight every night. I've seen many issues raised about the pool, but every time I wanted to swim when it was closed, they were very nice about explianing the reason and when it might be open again. For instance, it's been closed for a few days now because the rain messed up the chemicals and turned the water green. I've been in other places where they didn't care if you got sick from the water. It seems that here they pay attention to the health of everyone instead of the complaints of a few. My neighbor recently had a baby, and we discovered the rule about no kids playing in the hallway. This rule is in place for children (babies) that sleep during the day as well as adults that work at night. I think there will always be people who want to bend the rules or feel the rules don't apply to them. Rosemont uses the fine system to ensure their rules are followed, for the good of the community. I've recieved a noise violation, and it was the first and last, but I did not go to the office complaining about the rules.
