I moved in to Salem Ridge in July 1997, and I must say that it is truly a great place to live. The management is honest and will help work with you on any issues. If something breaks, they fix or replace it. The buildings were built about 1970 so the construction is sturdy. They recently rennovated the laudry room and had the entire parking lot repaved. There are no washer dryer connections, so that is a draw back, but the laundry room just had a $40,000 make over. No bug problems and very quiet atmosphere.
