nice people at first...but then you start meetin the community. very loud, noisy, and nosy neighbors. i had a very bad experience where my neighbors weren't only noisy, and nosy, but were also smoky and unclean. smoke so much it got in their clothes and apt and started to seep into mine. i started smellin like them. my furniture did as well. they need to screen their residents better, instead of having only trashy people living there. at first they took care of the maintenance problems, but after a few months they just dont care if your ceiling's leaking, or your windows dont' close all the way, or your dishwasher's leaking. felt like my apt was always flooding. horrible place to live.

I think I have your unit. I fixed the smoking prob with OUST and FEBREEZE, I guess they fixed the dishwasher cause it doesnt leak, I think they fixed the ceiling (we just had that huge storm roll through, it is 3-22 today)and the neighbors dont bug once you let them know your home and wont open the door to answer;^)
