Salem Ridge had me when I walked through the door of the office (and after looking at the monthly rent). I was greated warmly and saw one of the office staff talking with a tenent and was surprised at how candid they acted, as if they were old friends. Coming from a 13 month lease at the higher costing "I dont know your name and dont wanna know" Paces Crossing, I was happy to see how kind the staff were. The apartment itself was clean, no little dust bunnies in the drawers in the kitchen and not a sign of an old paint job. Worst thing was a terriblely stained carpet, which the management quickly turned my frown upside down by saying that the specific unit did not require a pet deposit (so long as I left the stained carpet in).
