I've lived here for two years and couldn't have asked for a better place. It's always very nice, clean and quiet. I've been seeing a few bad reviews about the management and whatnot. Disregard all of this completely! The woman who manages the apartments is the sweetest lady. Respectable, honest, and always very friendly. You could be walking to your mailbox, or to the pool or court at any given time of day and she's always very quick to start up a conversation or just say Hi! The woman who takes responsibility for the complex has ALOT on her hands however, I think that the majority of the bad reviews come from younger couples, and kids, that moved in and cant pay their bills! I say this because even though management is great they are *very* strict on late fees. In other words, if you can't pay your rent on time you get charged for the time you've went without paying on time. And so I've seen alot of these younger kids come and go because they expect to get off free when they can't pay on time! Sure, the two people in charge are sort of in a relationship, but they don't make it public and it's no ones ------- buisiness. Mind your own! It doesn't interfere with anything, you guys are just bitter because you can't pay your bills.

All in all:
It's a nice, pleasing to the eye, quiet, and respectable and safe place to be, never anything shady going down, nice people, and a very lenient management. She'll help you work around your problems. If you're nice and honest with her she'll be GREAT TO YOU. But you might want to search for something else if you have kids, the lot isn't very big, not much room for kids to ride around and play.
