We lived at this complex for two years in two different units. We started in a two-bedroom (which was then $595/month), then downgraded to a one-bedroom. We moved out earlier this year when we learned our rent would be going up significantly. The price they now charge for apartments is too high to pay for those units, which are older and nothing really special. We pay less for the 2-bedroom house we currently rent. However, they are larger than many newer apartments in the area.

We had a couple of different managers come and go while we were there. On the whole, they were pretty nice and we never had any problems from them. Maintenance requests used to take quite a while but that improved when the owner hired additional maintenance workers. Your best bet, no matter where you live, is to put all maintenance requests in writing. That way your request is not going to get written on one of those "sticky notes" that one reviewer mentioned, and more likely to be completed in a timely manner.

I never felt unsafe living at this complex, but I moved out before some of these reviews were posted. However, I know non-residents use the laundry room all the time (someone must have given them the code). They pull into the parking lot, use it, and drive off the property. My husband has seen also men in the laundry room opening up dryers and going through other people's clothes. So, I suggest you stay in the laundry room while doing laundry or head to a laundromat.
