I have to say, we have been in this complex for over a year now and in the beginning it was fine. Now we have bugs but get notes that the apartments will be spraying for insects but continue to have the same bug problems, example roaches. Yuck who wants to live with roaches. I do not suggest moving into the complex, some people are so nice and friendly and there are others who will just scare you. Its not a safe neighborhood. I know the apartments to the north have some scary people in them and the others down the street in front of the school have some situations happen there. If you have children I would move across I35 to be safe.

we have been through 3 managers/owners. the one that we one that we have now is not here half of the time.they have to be asked to fix things over and over again.Traffic is bad,there is no place for the kids to play. we have moved out and would not recommend this place if you want to live drug free which has infested this place.

its march 09 now same thing happening. lady in office has something aginst the ladies and the guys are just great they have the knowlege to fix things the way they should be. they have added a play ground but parking is really bad crime rate is bad and people walking around looking like they are in a gang or selling drugs.
