most of what i have to say is the same as what the other reviews have said, but there are some other things not mentioned that i think need to be said...first off, my neighbor woke up once with somebody from the apartment staff standing over her because they had climbed thru her BALCONY door(yes, they put a ladder up to her balcony and climbed) to see if she was ok, even though she had called in sick that morning (she worked for the office till this happened). also ,some of my friends (who have now moved) found a dirty bandage on thier kitchen table after coming home and when they went to the office, the maintenece man denied it was his while holding his bleeding finger right there in front of them. had he not left the bandage, they would not have even known he?d been in the house. true, everything else is terrible here, from the mold to the management, but i think the worst is the fear that you must stay in your house 24 hours a day and not sleep just to ensure that the workers here are not breaking in. it is not worth the rent (they change it depending on who?s moving in) to put up with all the stress this seemingly nice complex forces upon you.
