Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Daughter lived there 10 months (only because she couldn?t break lease) had leak in ceiling entire time.. Management would never fix and refused to relocate to another apartment - now she is gone and they refuse to give back any part of her deposit because of the "condition" of the carpet due to the leak.. '' I?ve contacted an ATTORNEY
