I've lived here for two years, first at the back of the complex, and now towards the front, near the office. Like any other complex, they do have their problems, management turnover does seem to be frequent, but unless you plan on being friends with them, that shouldn't be a problem. I've thrown two major parties one at each apartment with no problems. And you also have to remember, like most places, your neighbors can effect how much you enjoy your place.
