I live here now, I love the apartment, but whenever I have a problem, the management treats me like an inconvinience. I had a leaky faucet in the kitchen I needed fixed b/c it was jacking up my water bill. I called the office and spoke to the MANAGER personally and all she said was 'I'll have someone out there as soon as possible'. 6 weeks later, nothing has happened. I had to call again and speak to someone who would actually listen to me. I strongly requested that I be called before someone shows up at my door, b/c I'm a female who lives on her own. Well, 2 days later (without receiving ANY call), someone did show up to fix my faucet...he pounded on my door three times (which scared the crap outta me) and then just let himself in. I definately don't feel safe walking my dog after dark. After the management took in Katrina victims, men walk around in the middle of the nite asking for money and try to pawn items off on you. The complex is ok, but if you expect management to be helpful and/or curteous, you're S.O.L.
