Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
i have lived here for about a year and have never been happy with it! the office has changed hands 3 times since ive been here, and its only getting worse. They are creepily nice to your face, but are coniving and deceitful. I know some one on the "inside" so to speak, and they have yet to inform residents that they have been planning for a while now to raise our rent about $150 to pay for "renovations" and all the "ammenities" they claim are not even what they say.the "gym" has like 2 working machines, no ventilation, and smells horrible. the pool/jacuzzi is disgusting pretty much year round.they just took off the door to door trash service and the first day they did it they had no mercy at all handing out $25 fines, after digging through the persons trash of course!i hate it here with the noise, the bugs, the scary homeless people that live at the park yelling at you, and so on and so on, DO NOT MOVE HERE I DONT HAVE THE SPACE TO TELL YOU ALL THE HORROR STORIES!!!
