I stayed there for a year. It started off cool but then simple problems began to occur. They were maitenence and management problems. My garbage disposal was broke for 4 months and the day I moved out was still broke. Saw two sets of management all not reliable. You better have ur receipts cuz swore u did not pay rent. Yes it was quiet in the back were I lived in building 13 and I didnt see crime. It was just very bad maintenance and horrible managment. I paid my last rent and moved out before my lease was up it was getting that bad. When I had to keep cursing out managment it was time to leave before I was sent to jail.
