Haveing been a resident ,I may know more about this place than anyone who has ever
lived ther.And let me tell ya folks what I know aint pretty!Yea they finaly got a good pest control service out ther to help a bit with the roaches,but its too late
to make a big diffrence.Thats why they allow pets.You have em if You want them or not.The folks who run the realaty company that owns Singing Oaks are all so tight they squeek when they walk!I have on more than one occasion over heard management
tell newbis that their gas bill ran around 35$ a month.My last one was 101.01!I lived in a 1 bedroom.I now live in a 2 bedroom house and my gas bill was 40.00.
Thats heat,water,and stove!S.Os uses gas for the boilers.I know this because i was
a resident .I know of rotten bathroom floors,that are dangerous to even step onto!
I know this because I was a resident .Ther are stair steps that are veary bad to step
on.Ther was one maint.man for awhile who was veary good and seemed to care about
the residents and take pride in what he did.He was known to say that he walked
around with one hand tied behind his back because he couldnt get the funds to make
the repairs he needed to.Also Ive found that ther has been at least one resident
who raised enough h#*# about it and was told they would not have to pay for gas like
every one else!And the chill water system'!It WILL go out this summer!Then ther will
be the time it takes to get bids on the repair.The place has been in the news for
this problem ch 4.No i wouldnt live here.No matter who the staff is,management or
maint. ther realy isnt much they can do for You,if it cost money.
