This apartment complex is very deceiving. It nice and big and rent is pretty cheap but its old and has just about everything wrong with it. The carpet is gross and stained and maintenance wont do anything about it. There are always ants. We had a very bid roach problem for about 6 months. There is a huge raccoon living in between the walls and you can hear it crawling around and scratching on the inside of the wall.... once again maintenance wont do anything about it. Both showers had leaky The complex is run down and the maintenance wont ever take care of anything when you need it. Don't even bother with them. They may come off as nice people but they don't care about you or your apartment problems. I didn't believe all the bad things I heard about Place To Be until I moved in. Don't live here!!!!
