The complex is a nice place no doubt but the management is absolutely horrible. When it comes to resolving issues between tennants, they refuse to do anything. If you inform them of a roomie who uses the public living space for personal storage, they just say oh "that's a LEASE VIOLATION...everything he does I just get "Oh, that's also JUST a LEASE VIOLATION"..well hell isn't something supposed to happen when a tennant violates the lease' I thought thats what make it a VIOLATION in the first place.

There had been several problems between us, they failed to do anything until a fight broke out. The office staff told us they would definately seperate us within a week and that they would call to let us know what decision the manager would make the next day. 4 days go by until I myself have to call to see what's going on. I'm told to come in and speak with someone, and once we arrive the girl herself isn't even there. I'm then told, she'll call you as soon as she gets in. Not suprising to me, the call never comes.
They were very negligent and made no efforts to reslove the situation. Empty promises is all we got until I was pushed down the stairs and physically assaulted by my one of my roomates (the same one we'd been having problems with) who is a male, (we are females). I even had bruises and documents from the hospital along with pictures, and names of the witnesses. They asked that I bring a police report (they said that would be enough to evict him) to them and everything yet and STILL they did NOTHING!!
My sister and I had no choice but to move, and due to the fact they were negligent my personal safety was placed in harms way, good thing my dad's a lawyer!!...and their parking SUCKS!!

Maybe because it's student housing....we are students....it's just like asking the kids with audi's and mercedes'..if u have so much money why do u live at the Exchange?...can we say stupid question?...ummmm yeaah

Wow, really? Your personal problems are just that, your personal problems. You should really grow up and learn how to solve disputes like a grown up instead of expecting someone to do it for you. If you still need a mediator you should probably still be living with mommy and daddy.
