To all of you who don't agree with the living style of ALL student living communities please allow me to ask, why don't you go somewhere else' It was obvious to me when I started looking for an apartment that by living at a student complex I would be living with hundreds of people my age. That means that there would be more noise than normal and that the place would be quite a bit busier than most complexes. How it is that you expected something different is beyond me.

Also, I've lived here since "The Exchange" opened and I have had situations with bugs, roommates and parking. But let me be the first to say "GROW UP". You are out of your mommy and daddy's house and it is time for you to learn how we adults deal with situations in the real world. You will approach much more difficult situations in your near future and if you are not able to solve these petty problems now you are in for a world of hurt.

My neighbors had an issue with their roommate and they were in the office every day. Excuse me if I'm wrong, but how does the management have anything to do with your roommate calling you names or not doing the dishes. Once again, GROW UP kiddies.

The management calls me by name and they have taken care of the one issue I brought to their attention. Maybe if you only went to the management with the important problems that they are actually able to take care of, they would be taken care of in a timely fashion. I can't imagine what it must be like for those poor people in the front office who have to bog their workload down with "my roommate left her dishes in the sink" or "my roommate called me a ***". I used to complain about these things when I was in grade school (and I was upset with my sister). My parents didn't want to hear it then and I doubt management wants to hear about it now.

Let me add that I love living here and I do not plan to leave until I am out of school. The noise might be elevated and the parking might be slim, but I have had a great experience here.
We are in college and this place sums up what college is all about. If the noise is too much for you...utilize the study rooms down by the office. That's what they're there for!

LOL someone in the office so wrote this. They are all rude and don't know left from right. If they think they are a management company they have another thing coming to them. Although it's so much worse than before now that JPI took over.

haha what about when the noise is at 5 am and you need to sleep to get up for work in the morning? study room isnt so useful anymore huh? seriously.
