I don't think "The Gateway" is completely terrible or anything, unless you compare it to what you are paying. WAY over priced. We've only had a few problems, but I consider being LOCKED IN YOUR APARTMENT kind of a big deal. Literally locked in our apartment [the deadbolt wouldn't move] TWICE.
Oh, and make sure that you read your lease, and also make sure you are actually going to want to live there for a year.
