THE GATEWAY IS NICE IF YOU LIKE A 4 BEDROOM THAT IS NOT PROPERLY INSULATED, RUDE MANAGEMENT AND STRANGERS WHO YOU ARE FORCED TO LIVE WITH THAT GIVE THEIR KEY TO ALL THEIR FREINDS. I KNOW THE GATEWAY SHOULD NOT BE BLAMED FOR ROOMMATE PROBLEMS BUT IT IS HOW THEY HANDLE THEM THATS THE PROBLEM.MANAGEMENT IS ONLY HELPFUL IF YOU RESIGN OTHERWISE ALL THEY SAY IS READ YOUR LEASE WHICH MEANS THEY DO NOT HAVE TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING--I KNOW I READ IT. PARKING IS TERRIBLE THERE ARE TIMES WHEN THEIR IS NOT A SPACE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY B/C THEIR ARE WAY TOO MANY COVERED PARKING AND NOT ENOUGH SPACES. OVERALL THE APT INSIDE IS NICE EXCEPT FOR THE HORRIBLE CARPET THAT KEEPS GETTING STRANGE BLACK DOTS ON IT. SO IF YOU DONT MIND ANYTHING MENTIONED ABOVE THE GATEWAY IS FOR YOU.OTHERWISE RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!!

That is so true I couldn't agree more, and those annoying black spots are everywhere. I've seen them not only in mine but other apartments as well. And when you move out they charge you for the carpet. But if they wouldn't put such cheap carpet in, it would last longer then a year!

The strange black dots are from dirt tracked. Yes it's cheap carpet... but it's still your dirt.

we said something to them about the black spots and they said its not from us. its showing up in perfect circles in corners where furniture is that we never go. they said its seeping up from the padding and that its not from us. so SCREW YOU.
