the gateway is a decent apartment for students, but if you don't like your roommates your screwed because i told them before i moved in that i would not get a long with them. When i signed the lease they told me that if you dont get along with them we can place you in another room. that never happened

Parking can be difficult late in the night, but a reserve parking spot its only $15 a month but its worth it.

Our electricity bill is around $100-140 a month for a 4 bedroom, and there are weird black spots on the carpets

Great pool, a lot of people hang out there in the summer

overall not a bad student apartment, but dont expect to get any problems fixed right away though
