This has got to be the most over-priced apartment complex in Denton. The staff is incredibly incompetent and under trained, and its nearly impossible to speak to any member of management because THEY ARE NEVER THERE. Parking is awful, and on Saturday nights there are too many parties going on for the people who actually live there to find a parking spot. We have had ants in our apartment since we moved in, and even though they have "sprayed" the ants are still there, we can't even put food in our pantry. Also, our air conditioner did not work when we moved in because it was installed improperly, and it took weeks to get it working properly. Overall, this is awful, and if you do decide to live here don't ever put a check in the drop box overnight, because it will probably get lost by the totally useless staff.
