this was my 2nd apartment and i hated it. i thought that i would enjoy a big party apartment but it turned out it wasnt for me. i lived on the 2nd floor under some frat doushbags. they enjoyed standing on the balcony stoned throwing beer cans at the dumpster and pissing on cars. this caused many fights. if you have to go to do anything early in the morning good luck getting any sleep due to all the drunk people doing things like setting off fireworks. there was a terrible roach problem when we moved in and the mgmt did nothing but threaten us with fines. im not joking i have never seen this many roaches in one location. i eventually got so sick of it i stopped cooking in my apartment and would only go to friends houses or out to eat. the apartment came furnished but the couch we had was broken when we got it and has since gotten worse. the internet and cable worksmost of the time but there are times when you cant use it for some unknown reason. due to parties it is likely that there will be little to no parking thurs-sat.
I love to party but i strongly urge you to do some hard thinking about weather partying all the time is worth living in a place that is this unsanitary.

I know one thing; the management sucks!! They do not know what they are doing and are taking advantage of the students that rent from them. We were told by staff that they were told that management was trying "something new" by charging the students on the 1st of August; although they would not be moving in or have access to the apartment until the 20th of August. So I just tried to get some answers as to way they are able to do this but was given the run around! I left a message for the CFO (Scott Cook), student living dept.(Mark Schlicp and Sherry Green) in the corporate office and a random staff mbr in the corporate office by the name of (Stacy Lecocke). I called all day trying to speak to just one human and nothing. Finally I just informed them that I will have my lawyer ask the questions. What ever you do; turn away from these apartments!!! I wonder if UNT knows that they are taking advantage of their students? In the military these apartments would be placed on the BLACK LIST!

you are correct!!!!!! You have given me a good idea. I will get with UNT, somehow. They do need to be black-listed
