Ive lived here for six months. New management took over late September 2007 and turned this property around. What once was a roach and termite INFESTED, disgusting appliances, rust in water, poorly lighted cummunity is now, what our young people would say, "FRESH"! Remodeling started the day new management took over. A company out of canada I think. Whats new': carpets, counters, wood floors, lighting, appliances, parking, internet AND cable ready through fiber optics (by verizon), business center, and far more importantly, a stellar staff from regional director to maintainance, who I've met personally. Prices are still amoung the most competitive in all of Denton.

i am about to move in to this complex and my only concern is that its not very safe...i have a nice a car and dont want anything to happen to it....and are the bugs gone? or do they still have roach and termite problems?

Well, the nice car thing maybe I would be concerned with. Your safety is more important. I was told they had courtesy patrol but I have yet to see it. The roaches alone are terrible. I admit they have turned the complex around, but keep turning.....
