Im currently living here. ANd they DO HAVE ROACHES! Maintnance takes forever to come and fix anything, wether it be an emergency or not. DOnt bother calling their 24-maintnance line either...they wont call back. When I move out I will write more...but until then just trust my word...DONT MOVE HERE. Unless you enjoy roaches & leaks that never get fixed.
