I have been a resident here at the Parc for over 6 months now and have never had any issues that were not resolved quickly and professionly. I LOVE THE STAFF!! The management team is very courteuous and professional and have been absolutely dedicated to ensuring residents work orders are resolved as soon as possible. Our manageer ---------has been outstanding in developing a plan to making this complex a better environment for everyone; the grounds are continously cleaned, we have new pool furniture, our manintance team is stsffed with certified persons and finally a quality mix of residents. I for one, appreciate the hard work The Parcs Management team puts forth in ensuring a better environment for everyone and I am here to stay!

Seriously, I do live here and yes, I guess I have been lucky. The move-in checklist I filled out and as I requested. repair per level of importance. I am sorry that you are incurring so many problems, I do understand your point of view...roaches...the problem is... when they schedule to spray.. some residents wont open door for the exterminator. Therefore if the entire building is not treated, its not effective. I am not taking position for anyone! But I do know that since she (--------) has been acting as manager, things are getting better , maybe a little slower than we would all like...but oh..I get first dibs on a screen for the patio. Really sorry your having a hard time though.. a home is supposed to be just that..a home.

Your review makes me wonder if there isn't a different complex by the same name... ---------is NEVER friendly to us, and in fact it seems that she actively avoids us. Our roof leaks when it rains, we asked them to come look at it the last time it rained, maybe about 2.5 weeks ago... also our toilet is still broken and we filled out an order for that...still no maintenance. When we moved in 2 months ago we asked for a screen door and a kitchen drawer(they were missing from our apt) and we still don't have these things. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this review was written by someone trying to save their job.. all 3 posts today talking about how good ---------is, when there haven't been any posts since the 5th or so.. Seems strange to me. But if you're really a resident, consider yourself VERY lucky. Oh, and we are still battling the roaches, even though the pest guy has come about 4 times now.
