I have recently moved in to the parks of denton. I have not had any of the same issues that some have been describing. I recently talked to my neighbor and he said that it used to be owned by another company and was horrible at that time. He told me that when these new owners came in it seems like they kicked a lot of trashy people out because now he actually likes his neighbors :) I do however agree with all of the people working on their cars on the weekends. That is annoying but it seems to be less and less as time goes on. The office is really nice to me and usually chatty. I have only met -----------------------------------so i am not sure if there are other people in the office that some of the past reviewers are talking about. I have never had a maintenance issue go longer than a day with out getting addressed but i only moved in last month so i am not sure if maintenance had changed since then and that is why my stuff gets done right away. If you are unhappy and still have a maintenance issue maybe you should let them know so that they can fix it. Of course i guess it's usually only mad people that write on these posts but when i signed my lease last month and moved in they asked me to write a review for them. If i end up having any problems i will update it on here if there is a way to do that. But other than that i actually like living here so far!
