My time here wasn't bad. Its pretty quiet, I love the office staff, and the couple times I needed maintenance they were quick. I did see a couple little roaches when I first moved in but I bought some bug spray, sprayed the place down, keep it clean and its been ok since. It is a little older, like many places in Denton, and not very fancy but overall its a nice simple place.
