I have been a resident here at the Park of Denton since Jan 2009 for over 6 months now and have never had any issues that were not resolved quickly and professionly. I THE STAFF is very interest in help you!! The management team is very courteuous and professional and have been absolutely dedicated to ensuring residents work orders are resolved as soon as possible. Management has been developing a plan to making this complex a better environment for everyone; the grounds are continously cleaned, the manintance team is staffed with resposibles and serious persons. A quality mix of residents are living here. I appreciate the hard work The Park of Denton Management team puts forth in ensuring that the roof was going to be a brand new renovation. I do not use the pool. Roaches means that you need to clean often, I do not have roaches because I USED TO CLEAN IN AND OUT. MY apt is a 2 bed 2 bath ones because something happens with the one that I selected at the beginning but for my luck is a good one and is beautiful with interiors stairs that make me more secure, confidence and independent. I know is an old construction but is big and the interiors are in good condition, I like my apartment. One time I left my car with windows opened, I was surprised nobody touch nothing. We have good neighborhood. Also I do not have problems with internect, cable and ph. I hope they do not increase my rent because I not making planning to move out from here.

Well I have lived here for 3 years and have been under 3 different management companies, and although I agree I have never really been bothered here, but either the people are nasty or the foundation is horrible. I not only have roaches and bugs and now lately rats or mice. Just because you are clean, and I am a clean person, it does not mean that your neighbor is clean. Roaches come from all different directions. So if you have an apartment on the left or right of you, you are getting their bugs as well. Now the management team prior to this company got rid of all the riff raff residents. But as of lately, I see that they are desperate for new residents and it looks as if the riff raff is back....
