The office staff is very nice. But I live below 6 people in a one bedroom apartment. After constantly complaining to the office, calling the police for their loud noise, drinking in the front, screaming and singing from the balcony, and hanging out on my porch area, 1 foot away from my front door and window, along with sitting on other peoples cars, nothing has been done. I'm sure that they know that I am the one who has complained, because I have asked them tons of times to please get away from my front door and windows. And now my car gets spit on along with piles of trash in front of my door every morning.
I am scared of living here, I do not feel safe, and I am trying to find a lawyer right now to see what I can to break my lease.
I don't know about the other buildings around here, but I am surrounded by trash.

This apartment is absolutely horrible. i lived there for 9 months and it was infested with roaches, i had two floods from the 8 people living in a one bed room above me. my car was broken into and 5 grand worth of damage done in my parking spot 10 feet from my door. IT IS NOT SAFE. I got so sick from the roaches I am now seeing a lung specialist and he advised me to call the health dept for the unsafe living conditions. the staff is nice - but doesnt get ANYTHING done. they smile and take your request but never make sure the problem is resolved. I had the cops out 8 times because of my nieghbors noise. I couldnt even study in my own apt i could here them through my ear plugs. THERE IS A METH LAB AND A DRUG DEALER THERE!!!! out of their apt! it is living in a night mare and I fear for anyone who will live there in the future. On a scale from one to ten they are a big flat 0. Im not just bitter about paying 600 a month to live in a hell hole Im hoping to make sure others dont have to go through the hell i did.
