Okay, here's the deal......I've lived here 2 months and I hate it! Now these people do have other properties so i am only speaking about one. I live on Charlotte street, which by the way isn't a great neighborhood. The manager is nice and tries to help, but I just think there is no hope for this place. I have to kill at least 5 crickets and a beetle or two EVERY DAY! I'm not exaggereating either. I have no cold water when i turn the faucet on, I have to let the water run for at least 15 minutes before it will be bearable. I had to have a new refrigerator within the first 2 wks I was here, and the one the brought me came with roaches. Yes ROACHES! My electrical outlets don't seem to work very well at all.....I have to switch the breakers at least twice a day just to get my refrigerator to start blowing again! My power in the kitchen has gone out 3 times just by me pressing "start" on the microwave! Everything that was plugged into an out, which is only 3 things, went out one night, but the lights stayed on. (don't know what was up with that) my bathtub has a huge badly patched hole in the side of the tub (like where you would sit your shampoo). I'm in an apt. that is in between 2 apts that aren't being used, and don't even have stripping under the doors, so all the nasty bugs from those places are in my apt as well. I absolutely have never seen more horrible conditions in my life! The rent is cheap, but the apts are very old. They would be okay if it wasn't for the neighborhood, an extreme amount of bugs, doors that don't shut or open properly, malfunctioning electrical outlets, no cold water etc. Oh and by the way, I saw something while in the bathroom, that looked dark on my shower curtain ( onthe inside), just tonight, so I pushed the curtain, and a HUGE cricket fell into my bathtub! That's just disgusting ands that's where I draw the line. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!
