I ended up living in one of the properties on Hickory street because it was the first apartment that was available during the school year and it is cheap. I paid less than $400 a month with all bills included and free cable. However, my apartment is a dump. The management does not take care of their properties, work orders never seem to be completed. The appliances are old and do not work efficiently. The carpet is a joke, I have area rugs covering the majority of the carpet. It is impossible to regulate the water temperature, either super hot or cold. The most annoying drawback is the ventilation, every apartment is on the same system so there is no way to control the temperature, the air/heat is either on or off and the management is in charge of changing it, so they wait until as long as possible before switching back to air conditioning.
