After 2 yrs of living of living there, the management people are very RUDE and treat you like you are trash, I spoke with the OWNER and she did not want nothing to do with my issue and HUNG UP on me like we were back in JR HIGH. They are denying my pet deposit. The argument is they NEVER give back pet deposits. That is not what I signed. Their maintanence is lousy, It may take you 2 or 3 times of trying to get them to come in and fix what needs to be fixed. And they walk in your apt without you even knowing it. They are very shady people and I will never ever recomment ANYBODY to rent for them. If you are in for a screw then that place is for you! The owner is very very very RUDE!!!!!! She doesnt know how to run her business!! They will try everything to get your MONEY!!!!!!!! These are the most RUDEST people I have ever had to deal with in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My opoinion is simple I think you are a idiot if you truly signed something that stated your pet deposit is refundable (which I myself have never heard of) then any jp would have been more than happy to rule in your favor in any court of law or does this evil management company have the courts payed off too? If you want to live somewhere where the apartment is brand new and maintence response is quick i suggest you intend to pay more than 400 dollar for rent I mean come on grow some balls and get some perspective on life
