Are you considering any of the turnbow properties, read this before conclude your decision. I lived on Stella apartment for about one year, and there was one worst year I ever lived in my entire life. I simply couldn't describe in words how many problems I had had with them.

Moved in with roaches everywhere in the apartment, especially kitchen. The onsite management told me repeatedly that the problem would be solved, but no action was ever taken. I had to drive to Home Depot on a monthly basic to keep these roaches away from my bed.

Dead roaches in the refrigerator -- a place I couldn't reach by hands or tools, but I could see it. Told them several times but they didn't agree to change the refrig, so I had to buy a small one.

Air conditioner never work. Never replaced or cleaned, and told me I had to turn on the air-conditioner for more than 3 hours before it actually cooled down the room.

Also, oven and toilet flush in non-working condition. More and more.. But you got the points. If you're moving in because of the price, find somewhere else. $10 or $20 extra per month could save you hundreds of troubles from Turnbow.

Highly not recommend! Poor management, irresponsible staffs, and useless technicians.

I also lived in an apartment on Stella. I was living in the same conditions and I have a child!!! The management never sprayed my apartment for roaches in the whole 2 months I lived there. There were no smoke alarms in any of the units either. Also the management refused to give me a key to my own mail box. Is there anywhere to report the conditions I lived in so someone can be held accountable?
