The apartment itself is nice, roomy, decent furniture, cept for the bed. W/D int he unit is always good, thats about the best thing i can say for them. Everything else sucks.

Only consider moving in if youre doing so with people you know; if you leave it to chance, you will have crappy roommates and be miserable. Also it helps if this is your first apartment and you dont know any better, then they may seem nice. Otherwise it feels like prison. Or a dorm.

It also helps to be rich, since UC will take all your money they can.

I won't waste anymore time mentioning every bad thing everyone else has about this glorified dorm pretending to be apartments, I'll just agree.

It seems like a good deal, furnished and all bills paid is pretty nice and can be tempting, but if you can avoid it, you'll be better off.
