I lived at the Waterford for about 2 years. Overall, it was a great experience. The management was pretty good--Lacy--was my favorite. After moving to Los Angeles, California I can only appreciate the beauty, quality, and affordability of the Waterford. Since I've been here, I havent even viewed a one bedroom apartment that costs less than $1200...and even then they are small, and would you believe that some of them even do not include refrigerators or central air conditioning' It's a whole new world away from the Waterford at Spencer Oaks....
