Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived at Spencer Oaks and years later they turned me into my credit service for an unpaid bill, which by the way WAS NOT UNPAID!! I had proof. So I called and called and no one would return my phone call. It was awful. Also, when we first moved there we had to switch apts. b/c there were wall to wall roaches.......we were just married and moved into roach invested apartments. They got rid of alot of them but never all of them. We moved 9 months later. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
